Job Summary

House Unlimited is a leading real estate and consultancy firm offering innovative architectural, engineering, and property development services. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in real estate sales, outstanding leadership abilities, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Supervise and mentor sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Generate and convert leads while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conduct property site visitations and ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and offers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and provide market insights to management.
  • Keep up-to-date with property listings, pricing, and real estate market trends.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and tech-savvy with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
