Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HR operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Support management in identifying and resolving HR-related challenges.
Required Qualifications
- SHRM, CIPD, CIPMN, PHRi, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR management role, preferably within a medium-sized organization.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
