Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and manage costs effectively.
Coordinate between production, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and monitor financial performance within approved limits.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
Drive safety programs, ensuring strict adherence to HSE policies.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing operational staff while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability and efficient use of raw materials.
Analyze operational performance data and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure all operations comply with regulatory and environmental standards.
Represent the factory in management meetings and contribute to company-wide strategic planning.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on innovation, process improvement, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Operations; MBA is a plus.
8–10 years of experience managing factory or plant operations, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
Proven expertise in production planning, logistics, and operational optimization.
Demonstrated success managing budgets and large teams.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
