Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Administrative Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Draft offer letters, invoices, contracts, and official correspondence.
  • Review and manage tenancy, sales, and property management agreements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all administrative records.
  • Process fund requests and keep detailed expense records.
  • Coordinate company carpool operations, ensuring effective driver and vehicle management.
  • Supervise the Front Desk Officer in maintaining accurate vehicle logs and handling guest relations.
  • Ensure all vehicle documentation, licenses, and insurance are current and properly filed.
  • Manage office consumables and maintain inventory and procurement records.
  • Oversee office and premises maintenance to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and parcels with professionalism.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving and time management skills.
