Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Administrative Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
- Draft offer letters, invoices, contracts, and official correspondence.
- Review and manage tenancy, sales, and property management agreements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all administrative records.
- Process fund requests and keep detailed expense records.
- Coordinate company carpool operations, ensuring effective driver and vehicle management.
- Supervise the Front Desk Officer in maintaining accurate vehicle logs and handling guest relations.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, licenses, and insurance are current and properly filed.
- Manage office consumables and maintain inventory and procurement records.
- Oversee office and premises maintenance to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and parcels with professionalism.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving and time management skills.
