• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen teams to maintain service excellence.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and prepare daily operational reports.

• 2–3 years’ experience in hotel supervision or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and well-organized.
