Job Summary

Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. is a leading real estate services provider with over 40 years of experience offering property agency, management, valuation, and advisory services. We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience at our Lagos branch.

Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and vendors, providing a professional first impression.
  • Manage front office operations, attend to walk-in inquiries, and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries courteously and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area; ensure supplies are stocked and facilities well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with support staff to report maintenance needs and ensure smooth office operations.

Required Qualifications


  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in front desk, client service, or administrative roles (experience in professional services is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; good command of English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
