Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

The Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer will design, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems for real estate development projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

System Design and Installation:

• Design and supervise installation of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings.
• Ensure systems comply with technical specifications and safety standards.

Quality and Performance Monitoring:

• Inspect M&E installations to verify efficiency, quality, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or performance issues.

Coordination and Compliance:

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors on system integration.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

·      Minimum of 4 years of experience in building services or construction projects.

·      Professional certification or membership in relevant engineering body preferred.

• Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project coordination and communication abilities.
