Job Summary


TechnoServe, a global non-profit organization committed to creating business solutions to poverty, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support administrative and logistics functions in its Anambra office. The role ensures efficient office operations and provides vital support to the project team.






Key Responsibilities


Manage logistics for domestic and international travel, visa processing, and work permits.


Oversee office support staff to ensure compliance with operational standards.


Coordinate fleet and logistics management, including vehicle routes and maintenance.


Monitor office utilities, consumables, and facility upkeep.


Handle petty cash, purchases, and financial reconciliations.


Draft reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.


Maintain filing systems and develop efficient office procedures.


Support procurement processes in collaboration with Operations Specialists.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Sociology, Office Management, or related field.


Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably with an international NGO.


Procurement experience or certification is an added advantage.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.


Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.


Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.


Fluency in English (written and spoken).


Willingness to travel occasionally.
