Product Growth Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across product lines.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, market trends, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and overall user journey.
Data and Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key growth metrics such as conversion rates, churn, retention, and lifetime value.
- Conduct A/B tests, experiments, and user behavior analyses to inform product decisions.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing to align campaigns with product growth goals.
- Partner with the sales and customer support teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Liaise with senior management to report progress and outcomes of growth initiatives.
Innovation and Market Expansion:
- Research emerging technologies, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Recommend and test innovative approaches to user acquisition and engagement.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product growth, product management, or digital marketing.
Certification in Product Management, Growth Marketing, or Data Analytics is desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics,)
- In-depth understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR funnel: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, product experimentation, and UX optimization.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and adaptability in identifying new growth opportunities.
- Ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
