Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands to increase awareness and customer engagement.
Develop and implement ATL campaigns such as radio advertisements, outdoor promotions, and public transport branding.
Manage BTL initiatives including promotions, print advertisements, events, and in-store marketing activities.
Supervise the creation and monitoring of advertising materials and brand assets.
Provide regional insights for marketing asset development and localization.
Collaborate with media houses, partners, and vendors for asset development and deployment.
Work closely with the sales team on promotions, in-store displays, and point-of-sale materials.
Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
Plan and execute new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Track, evaluate, and report the performance of all marketing initiatives.
Support the preparation of marketing budgets and monitor expenses to ensure efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
Prior experience in healthcare or personal care within the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, research, and market insight capabilities.
Basic understanding of advertising and print production processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
