Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a vertical-specific sales strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment (e.g., corporate, retail, institutional, or government).
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
Business Development and Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand client base and business reach.
- Generate proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Understand client requirements deeply to tailor value-driven real estate or investment solutions.
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Team Leadership and Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the vertical sales team to meet set targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill enhancement.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance against KPIs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to improve sales approaches and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or account management — preferably in real estate or investment services.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of real estate markets or assigned vertical.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
