Job Summary

IPRS Health, one of the UK’s leading providers of physiotherapy and mental health services, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join its friendly and dynamic team. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you’ll play an important role in supporting their recovery journey while delivering outstanding customer service in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information and administrative support to patients and clients
  • Maintain up-to-date records using Microsoft Office and internal database systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Support service improvement initiatives within the contact centre


Required Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator with excellent telephone manners
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications (any of the following):

  • GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • 4 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
  • Or, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (or Contact Centre Professional certification)

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
  • Comfortable engaging with medical professionals and patients

Work Schedule

1. 40 hours per week; 8-hour shifts between 08:00 – 19:00 (Monday–Friday), with occasional Saturday mornings (08:00–13:00)
2. 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)
3. Option to purchase additional leave
