Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate information and administrative support to patients and clients
- Maintain up-to-date records using Microsoft Office and internal database systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Support service improvement initiatives within the contact centre
Required Qualifications
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator with excellent telephone manners
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications (any of the following):
- GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent
- 4 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
- Or, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (or Contact Centre Professional certification)
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
- Comfortable engaging with medical professionals and patients

Work Schedule
1. 40 hours per week; 8-hour shifts between 08:00 – 19:00 (Monday–Friday), with occasional Saturday mornings (08:00–13:00)
2. 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (increasing with service)
