Data Science Consultant (Oslo)

Management Solutions is recruiting Data Science Consultants for its Summer 2026 intake (starting September 2026). The ideal candidate will apply advanced analytics, AI, and data modeling to deliver innovative business solutions and support top industry clients worldwide.

Conduct statistical data processing, data mining, and predictive modeling.

Apply AI and Machine Learning methods, including generative AI and simulation modeling.

Build and validate time-series and business-oriented models.

Contribute to R&D initiatives and data-driven transformation projects.

Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic insights.

Recent graduate or senior student with a strong academic background.

Proficiency in statistical programming (SAS, R, Python, Matlab).

Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of AI modeling techniques (GLM, random forests, clustering, XGBoost).

Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Postgraduate studies in Data Science, AI, or Quantitative Finance are advantageous.

Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset.
