Showroom Sales Executive

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to manage sales activities, engage clients, and drive revenue growth in our Lagos showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a solid understanding of product sales and customer relations.

Attend to walk-in customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate and explain product features, specifications, and installation options.

Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales to achieve targets.

Maintain neat and well-organized product displays and showroom appearance.

Build and sustain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support courteously.

Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately, and generate sales reports.

Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Stay informed about product updates, competitors, and market trends.

HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Goal-oriented, confident, and results-driven.
