Growth / Product Manager

The Concept Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Growth / Product Manager to lead business expansion initiatives, optimize product performance, and drive market growth within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and leadership skills with a deep understanding of financial markets and product management.

Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve company goals and performance KPIs.

Identify and leverage new market opportunities through data analysis and insights.

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch to continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing to enhance product efficiency and adoption.

Analyze key performance metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue trends to inform decisions.

Support go-to-market initiatives and ensure alignment between digital and physical channels.

Track market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to shape product and growth strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or growth management within the financial or fintech industry.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and relevant regulations.

Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of agile product development methodologies is an advantage.

Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are an added advantage.
