Sales Manager (Adhesives)

PG Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client in the Ceramics and Tiles industry for a seasoned Sales Manager (Adhesives and Grout). The successful candidate will lead the sales team, drive business growth, and manage key client relationships to achieve organizational targets.

• Lead and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for adhesives and grout products.
• Identify and engage new dealers, distributors, and clients.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product performance.
• Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and project sites to promote products.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• 5–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Tiles or Building Materials industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian building market and dealer networks.
• Ability to identify opportunities, close sales, and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in reporting, planning, and sales coordination.
