Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily facility and factory operations, ensuring all systems function efficiently
Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Enforce workplace safety procedures and emergency response plans
Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance
Prepare and control facility budgets while optimizing operational costs
Plan and optimize space utilization for operational efficiency
Maintain asset registers and oversee facility-related resources
Manage security systems including access control and surveillance
Keep accurate records and prepare facility performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certifications such as NIM, CFM, or NEBOSH are an added advantage
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in facility management within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Proven experience in managing factory operations, maintenance, and contractors
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
