Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, sales, and clients
Manage event contracts and vendor relationships
Oversee staff schedules and workflow
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
Support financial reporting and record keeping
Utilize MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management
Assist in social media management and digital communications as needed
Ensure effective communication across all departments
Minimum 2 years experience in administrative roles, kitchen supervision, restaurant management, or catering events
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel
Good understanding of social media operations
Must reside in Ilupeju or nearby areas
