Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales to lead market entry, revenue growth, and distribution strategy across key channels. The role focuses on driving sales performance, building strong distribution networks, and ensuring product availability in competitive markets.



Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets

Drive product penetration across distribution channels

Oversee merchandising standards and customer relationship management

Design and implement incentive programs for sales teams and distributors

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy


Required Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

5–8 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role

Strong experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
