Job Summary

Drive product penetration across traditional trade channels by expanding market presence, managing distributors, and increasing sales performance.


Key Responsibilities



Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and wholesalers

Expand product availability across open markets

Implement merchandising and product visibility strategies

Engage retailers to boost sales and strengthen relationships

Monitor field activities and track sales performance

Develop strategies to improve market penetration and revenue growth



Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

4 to 7 years experience in FMCG or traditional trade sales

Strong network within open markets and distribution channels

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
