Lead and manage the local marketing team, including task allocation, performance management, and workflow optimization
Generate local market insights and translate them into actionable marketing plans for product launches and campaigns
Own marketing effectiveness and communication outcomes to support business and sales objectives
Develop annual marketing strategies including brand strategy, social media strategy, and audience segmentation
Identify brand partnership opportunities and explore external collaborations to enhance brand influence
Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to provide strategic guidance
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in team management (teams of 10+ preferred)
Strong aesthetic sense and ability to guide external visual outputs
Proven ability to generate insights and creative ideas rooted in local culture
Experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industry; client-side or agency experience accepted
Well-established local network including media, partners, and brand collaborations
Strong copywriting and communication skills; fluent in English
Ability to adapt marketing strategies to different budget levels
