Bevany Resources is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, close sales, and manage client relationships in the shipping and logistics sector.
Conduct 60–120 targeted outreach activities weekly via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
Present service offerings and develop tailored proposals
Lead negotiations and close accounts across FCL/LCL shipping, air freight, warehousing, and haulage
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customs teams to ensure profitable deals
Manage client relationships from onboarding through first shipment
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit weekly performance reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achieve monthly TEU/tonnage sales targets
Maintain minimum 80% client retention on assigned accounts
Ensure gross profit margins on at least 95% of deals
Achieve forecast accuracy within ±10% monthly
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years experience in Business Development or Sales
Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred
Proven ability to generate leads and meet revenue targets
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management
Ability to manage high-volume outreach independently
