We are looking for a motivated Open Market Representative to drive sales, visibility, and distribution across traditional and modern trade channels in Lagos.
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets within designated territories
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across all outlets
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and store managers
Identify and onboard new customers in both traditional and modern trade channels
Execute in-store promotions and trade activation initiatives
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence
Ensure timely order collection, delivery follow-up, and payment reconciliation
Maintain accurate records of daily sales and field activities

Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
1–3 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in open market or field sales roles
Strong knowledge of Lagos market routes (Lekki–Epe axis is an advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented
Familiarity with traditional and modern trade operations
