Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate with after-sales engineers to resolve technical issues
Manage customer orders and ensure accurate system data entry
Work with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
Provide basic troubleshooting for inverters and battery systems
Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
Identify opportunities to upsell battery or inverter upgrades
Follow up with customers after installation for feedback
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets
BSc in Business Administration, Communications, or Social Sciences
Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in energy or tech sector
Knowledge of solar systems, lithium batteries, and inverter operations
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and at least one local language is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
