Key Responsibilities
Carry out door-to-door marketing within assigned areas
Identify and engage potential residential and commercial customers
Promote and explain fiber broadband services to prospects
Generate leads and convert them into paying subscribers
Organize and execute estate activations, roadshows, and local campaigns
Distribute promotional materials within target locations
Build relationships with landlords, estate managers, and business owners
Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversion
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle customer onboarding processes accurately
Provide daily reports on field activities and sales progress
Track performance metrics and update reporting systems
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Required Qualifications
HND or BSc with a minimum of Upper Credit or Second Class Upper in a relevant field
1 to 3 years experience in field sales, telecom sales, or FMCG marketing
Experience in broadband or technology sales is an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
High level of energy and resilience
Willingness to work outdoors and on weekends when required
Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
Basic knowledge of Owerri geography
