Tizeti Network Limited is hiring performance-driven individuals to support the expansion of its fiber broadband services in Uyo. The role focuses on field marketing, customer acquisition, and converting prospects into active subscribers through consistent sales efforts.
Conduct door-to-door marketing within assigned territories
Identify and engage potential residential and business customers
Promote and explain fiber broadband services to prospects
Generate leads and convert them into paying subscribers
Execute estate activations, roadshows, and community outreach campaigns
Distribute promotional materials across target locations
Build relationships with landlords, estate managers, and business hubs
Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversion
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle customer onboarding processes accurately
Provide daily reports on field activities and performance
Track sales progress and update reporting systems
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
HND or BSc with a minimum of Upper Credit or Second Class Upper in a relevant discipline
1 to 3 years experience in field sales, telecom sales, or FMCG marketing
Experience in broadband or tech-related sales is an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
High level of energy and resilience
Willingness to work outdoors and on weekends when required
Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
