Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist Intern to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage communications, and provide basic administrative support while gaining practical workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Keep records of visitors and maintain logbooks
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Support other departments when necessary
Required Qualifications
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or currently serving (preferably in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Must reside in Abuja, preferably around Jabi or nearby areas
