Manage administrative processes including correspondence handling, filing systems, office documentation, and internal communications
Oversee upkeep of office infrastructure, utilities, and cleaning services
Maintain functional and professional workspace, coordinate logistics for meetings, and supervise daily operations
Monitor inventory, ensure timely replenishment of consumables and equipment, and liaise with vendors
Implement administrative control systems, conduct periodic audits, and ensure compliance with SOPs
Generate weekly and monthly reports on administrative operations and provide actionable insights
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative, office, or facilities management roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation systems
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with inventory systems and facilities maintenance planning
Ability to multitask and manage operations across diverse functions independently
