Conduct HR diagnostics and organizational assessments for clients
Develop and implement tailored HR strategies aligned with business goals
Provide advisory support on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
Lead change management initiatives, culture transformation, and employee engagement programs
Design talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and retention programs
Develop and review HR policies, ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and conduct HR audits
Manage multiple client accounts, prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
Utilize HR analytics to track performance trends and inform strategic decisions
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams and support business development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HR consulting
Experience in HR advisory, organizational design, and change management
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities
