Restaurant Manager

Delta Flames is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business performance.

Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations efficiently

Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain high performance

Ensure top-quality food service and customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and control operational costs

Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Must reside in Kwale or Asaba (preferred)
