Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Handle employee relations and performance management
Support staff development and training initiatives
Act as a liaison between management and employees
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, Admin, or Business Management with managerial responsibilities
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
