Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Support the implementation of performance management and appraisal systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and compliance with labour laws.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support payroll processing and leave administration.
- Provide HR reports and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in an engineering or technical environment is an added advantage.
