Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally


Provide accurate information about products and services

Required Qualifications


OND HND or BSc qualification


Minimum of 1 year experience in customer care sales or administrative role


Must not be more than 35 years old


Must reside around Marina CMS Lagos Island such as Obalende CMS Ebute Metta


Strong verbal and written communication skills


Customer-focused with a professional attitude
