Relationship Manager

The Vault Recruitment is hiring a Relationship Manager for a paint production company. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue

Present and promote products and services to prospective clients

Manage client accounts and maintain consistent engagement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups

Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy

OND HND or BSc Degree

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales or related role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and sustain client relationships

Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Good organizational and time management skills

Proximity to Bariga Lagos is an advantage
