Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Additional certification in Business Development is a plus
4–10 years of relevant experience in operations or business management
2–5 years in a senior management or leadership role
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing teams
Strong leadership presence, integrity, and professionalism
