Job Summary

The Head of Operations oversees daily organizational operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business objectives. This role leads operational strategy, manages teams, optimizes processes, and ensures seamless service delivery across all departments.



Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity


Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments


Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement improvements


Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


Coordinate cross-functional activities for smooth workflow


Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation


Lead, mentor, and supervise operations teams


Establish and enforce operational standards and KPIs


Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies


Drive continuous improvement initiatives


Prepare and present operational reports to senior management


Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction


Drive sales and achieve targets




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field


Additional certification in Business Development is a plus


4–10 years of relevant experience in operations or business management


2–5 years in a senior management or leadership role


Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing teams


Strong leadership presence, integrity, and professionalism


Results-driven with focus on efficiency and growth


Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


High attention to detail and execution
