Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Manage assigned leads and follow through to conversion
Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities
Achieve a minimum of 3 sales targets monthly
Maintain high lead-to-sales conversion rate
Provide accurate product/service information to customers
Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Maintain proper records of interactions, leads, and conversions
Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4–7 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience handling leads and converting them into sales
Highly target-driven and performance-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive
Professionalism, accountability, and ability to work independently or in a team
