Woodgate Structure Limited, a Human Resources Management and Business Structuring company driven by professionalism and integrity, is recruiting a Female Spa Manager to oversee spa operations in Wuse 2, Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while handling marketing, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff, including therapists and front-desk personnel.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and proper inventory control.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, tracking profitability, and analyzing performance reports.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor service quality and uphold high operational standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar managerial or spa operations role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound business acumen and analytical capability.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current spa industry trends and customer preferences.
