The HR / Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administrative functions by assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes with proper documentation
Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports
Handle staff inquiries and provide general administrative support
Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
Handle internal and external correspondence
Assist in organizing company meetings, trainings, and events
Ensure the office environment is organized and functional
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles
Relevant HR certification is a plus
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
