Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Provide accurate product/service information to prospective customers
Handle complaints and provide prompt resolutions
Record leads, interactions, and sales activities accurately
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Prepare sales and performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4–7 years of experience in sales or customer support
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Customer relationship management and conflict resolution abilities
Target-driven, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
