Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business expansion initiatives
Track and evaluate sales performance and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership
Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development
Proven expertise in financial and P&L management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences
MBA or MSc is an added advantage
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
