Partner with management to implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Manage performance processes including appraisals and improvement plans
Advise managers on employee relations and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
Analyze HR data to support decision-making
Lead change management initiatives across departments
Organize training and development programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
5 to 7 years HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices
Professional HR certification is an added advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
