Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations and preventive maintenance schedules
Manage HVAC, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems
Supervise vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
Track equipment efficiency, energy consumption, and system performance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to facility teams
Required Qualifications
Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering
Minimum of 10 years experience in facility management or HVAC systems
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and safety practices
Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
