Job Summary


The Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) provides strategic and administrative support to enhance executive effectiveness. The role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating stakeholders, preparing executive communications, and supporting cross-subsidiary initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Executive Support:


Manage and optimise the GCEO’s schedule, prioritising engagements based on business needs


Provide reminders and preparation support for key meetings and engagements


Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables


Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive administrative support


Perform additional tasks assigned by the GCEO


Communication and Stakeholder Management:


Serve as a liaison between the GCEO and internal and external stakeholders


Manage executive correspondence, including emails, calls, and briefing notes


Support interactions with board members, investors, partners, regulators, and senior clients


Research, Reporting and Documentation:


Conduct research on strategic or operational topics and prepare detailed reports


Draft and edit presentations, board papers, speeches, and executive communications


Ensure all materials align with the organization’s strategy and executive standards


Meeting, Event and Travel Coordination:


Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure proper preparation and follow-up


Plan executive-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events


Manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and expenses


Project and Subsidiary Coordination:


Oversee cross-functional projects on behalf of the GCEO


Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across initiatives


Coordinate with subsidiary leadership to gather updates and prepare executive briefings


Confidentiality and Process Improvement:


Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion


Maintain organized records and documentation systems


Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field


3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role


Strong project management and organizational skills


Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills


Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Calendly, and Monday.com


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Ability to manage confidential information responsibly


Proximity to Victoria Island is an advantage
