The ICT Specialist will manage the company’s ICT and telecommunications services, ensuring reliable operations across IT support, networks, cybersecurity, digital media, and related systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
The ICT Specialist will manage the company’s ICT and telecommunications services, ensuring reliable operations across IT support, networks, cybersecurity, digital media, and related systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Provide hardware and software support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
Support networks, Internet services, user accounts, backups, and telecom systems including VoIP/PBX and CUG management.
Install and maintain CCTV systems and virtual meeting/AV equipment.
Manage company website, email systems, and cybersecurity controls.
Support digital marketing through graphics and social media content creation.
Maintain ICT documentation, provide user support and training, and coordinate vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Multimedia Design, or related field.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft 365, or similar) advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ICT support or administration.
Experience in hardware/software support, networking, telecoms/VoIP/PBX, CCTV, virtual meeting systems, website/email administration, and cybersecurity.
Experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
