Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and expand the telesales department to meet company growth objectives.
- Train, motivate, and supervise large telesales teams to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Implement performance improvement strategies and monitor KPIs.
- Foster a results-oriented culture through coaching, accountability, and team development.
- Monitor daily call centre operations to ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and customer engagement.
- Report directly to the Managing Director at the Abuja office.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and improving large teams in telesales or outbound sales.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, call centre systems, and performance analytics.
- Ability to drive operational energy, efficiency, and growth.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in telesales call centre operational management and leadership.
