Responsible for driving execution across teams, supporting management in operational and revenue objectives, and ensuring measurable out  comes through strategy implementation.

Lead daily operations and ensure efficiency and execution of targets

Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational and revenue goals

Translate management objectives into actionable plans and monitor results

Track performance and provide updates to management

Recommend practical improvements to enhance productivity

Support staffing, onboarding, and performance alignment

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

5 - 10 years experience in leadership, operations, or business coordination

Strong execution, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities effectively

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Results-oriented with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and drive accountability
