Leadway Assurance Company Limited is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join its expanding sales team. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth and business success.
Generate new sales leads and identify potential clients
Promote company products and services to prospective customers
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Support business development initiatives and market expansion
Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Good reporting and record-keeping skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
