Crux Pharmacy is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Pharmacist to join its team. The role combines dispensing medications, patient counseling, and active participation in improving pharmacy services while supporting the mission of delivering personalized healthcare in Lagos.
Dispense medications and provide detailed medication counseling to patients
Monitor patient health and progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes
Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care
Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and regulations
Participate in company activities and events
Contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy services
Valid pharmacist license in Nigeria
Experience in retail and community pharmacy settings
Strong customer service skills with upselling and cross-selling abilities
Computer proficiency and tech-savvy
Exceptional communication skills and dedication to patient care
Innovative thinker and eager to stay updated on pharmacy practices
