Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Maintain furniture, wooden structures, and roofing across company facilities
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and regulations
Assess competence of contractor personnel for carpentry-related tasks
Initiate procurement of tools, equipment, and materials needed for maintenance
Execute minor projects to improve infrastructure and aesthetics at HO and GTS
Key Performance Indicators:
Maintain furniture, wooden structures, and roofing to company standards
Respond to 95% of maintenance calls within 24 hours
Complete 75% of maintenance requests and minor repairs within agreed timeframes
Maintain zero fatality/LTI
Required Qualifications
City & Guilds Level 3 / Trade Test / OND in relevant Civil Technology
Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years in building and facilities maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas
