Sunplast Industry Limited is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee daily depot operations, manage staff, ensure accurate inventory management, and coordinate timely product distribution while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Oversee and coordinate all depot operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
Supervise and manage depot staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
Monitor loading and offloading activities for safety and efficiency
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Keep proper documentation for all depot transactions and inventory records
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for timely product distribution
Prepare operational and inventory reports for management review
Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of relevant experience in depot, warehouse, or logistics management
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination
Proven leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
